Ideal Gas Behavior
The Ideal Gas Behavior simulation allows a learner to explore the relationship among variables - pressure, temperature, volume, and number of moles - associated with a sample of gas. Learners can observe the result of changes made in these state variables under constant temperature, constant pressure, constant volume, and adiabatic conditions.
Users are encouraged to open the simulation and explore. As of this date (2/10/2022), The Physics Classroom has not yet prepared any activities for use with this Interactive. We will be preparing an activity in the near future and will post a link to it here.

We owe a special thanks to Physics teacher Martin Kirby for contributing this simulation to our Interactives collection. If you like this sim, you can tap on the
Donate button and buy him a cup of coffee (or a pot of coffee); he'd appreciate it. Martin has contributed many other simulations to our Interactives collection. You can view them all by visiting our page listing all
