The momentum (p) of an object can be calculated from knowledge of its mass (m) and velocity (v) using the formula:

The mass and velocity of each object is given, so the momentum of each object can be calculated (see Formula Frenzy section). Once calculated, the momentum of Object A and Object B can be compared. Be careful to give attention to the wording of the question as you make an effort to compare their momenta.
