Oxidation-Reduction
The Oxidation-Reduction Concept Builder introduces students to the concept of oxidation and reduction and the manner in which a redox equation can be analyzed in order to determine the element being oxidized and the element being reduced. There are a total of 57 questions in this Concept Builder. They are organized into 15 different Question Groups and spread across the three activities. Question-specific help is provided for each of the 15 situations. Questions in the same Question Group include similar types of reactions. The built-in feedback and help makes this Concept Builder a great study tool. When used with our Task Tracker program, it is a great tool for use as an in-class or out-of-class assigned task.
Users are encouraged to open the Concept Builder and explore. There is no need for an activity sheet for this Concept Builder. However, the 15 different groups of questions can be printed. View
