Color Filters

The Color Filters Concept Builder consists of 42 questions organized into 18 different Question Groups and spread across three different activities. Each activity includes six Question Groups, with questions in the same group being very similar in nature. The first activity - Light Passage - demands that learners understand what colors of light are absorbed and transmitted by various filters. The second activity - Color That Screen - challenges students to predict the light colors that reach a screen after passing through a set of two filters. The third activity - Name That Filter - requires that students predict the filter type that would cause a colored pattern to appear the way that it does when viewed through the filter. Question-specific help is provided for each of the 18 situations. The built-in score-keeping makes this Concept Builder a perfect candidate for a classroom activity.
